The tools for painting are very limited, in fact you can only use a brush, for which you have only a handful of adjustments at your disposal. Besides selecting the desired brush stroke type between dynamic size and dynamic flow, you can use a texture, to make the design more interesting.

Insofar as the brush settings are concerned, you will be able to set its size, opacity as well as hardness degree by simply moving the corresponding sliders on the lower part of the main window. The toolbar placed on the left side holds all the buttons for the drawing process, tool modes and for the generic actions like 'undo', 'redo', 'flip' or 'save'.

On the whole, Speedy Painter Portable can yield some great results in the hand of the experienced designer and is easy enough to be used by beginners. Nonetheless, the functions are rather scarce and some filters or other types of enhancements would certainly be welcomed.
