F-Billing Revolution

F-Billing Revolution is a complex and powerful software tool, which can help people add and manage customers, products/services, invoices, orders and estimates, as well as generate reports.

The UI presents a clean and minimal design, which both experienced users and beginners can work with, without experiencing difficulties. Aside from that, it encloses a tabbed ribbon and a panel where to display details.

Customers can be added manually along with information such as ID, category, name, shipping address, e-mail, telephone number and discount (if any), or they can be imported from XLS files, as well as exported to this format.

An unlimited number of products/services can be added, along with code or SKU, category, name, cost and weight. Invoices can be created, printed or e-mailed to a particular person, and it is possible to mark them as paid or void.

Invoices, orders and estimates are shown in the main window as lists, along with information such as due date, customer name, status, total paid and balance. A print preview is available for all items, you can use a search function to look in each and every field, and it is possible to apply a date filter to the view.

From the settings panel you can change the skin, add extra cost names, header and footer text, terms of payment and your company name, establish currency and tax rate, design invoices, orders and estimates, and create e-mail templates.

Taking all of this into consideration, it becomes clear that F-Billing Revolution is a complex and useful piece of software. It does not hamper your system’s performance, has a good response time and a user-friendly interface.
