First off, you should know that you need to have Word installed on your computer in order to access the utility. It is important to note that after you run the setup, you should execute the wizard and enable the macros as soon as you open the Wizard document. In case the macros are not enabled, then you will not be able to customize the documents with your company information.
While it may sound slightly challenging, you should bear in mind that the add-in includes numerous tutorials that explain how to perform a certain action in a detailed, step-by-step manner. At this point, you should be able to select the desired style and begin creating your first project.
Even though you can preview the term proposal in most features and options, you should know that the utility can also be used to create other types of business documents, such as reports, studies, contracts, RFP responses, estimates or manuals just to name a few examples.
The wizard is fairly intuitive and should not give you any trouble whilst you create your first project, particularly as the UI includes golden arrows that suggest the next step to take. For instance, after you click the Add New Project button, you need to provide a name and select the documents that you want to include.
On a side note, if you are unsure about the type of documents you need for your project, then it is best to select the whole chapter for your project. After all, it is easier to remove a page you do not really need than adding a new one after the documents have been assembled.
