DoNotSpy10 is one of the apps that can help you block all telemetry services of Windows 10, including those that might not be controlled from the settings screen and might run in the background.

And thanks to an update released today, the app provides users with a handful of new options, all supposed to block data collection in Windows 10 and enhance your privacy.

According to the official change log, DoNotSpy10 1.1.0.0 adds tweaks to disable tips about Windows, Start menu app suggestions, app access to call history, search suggestions in Edge, settings sync, page prediction and Flash Player in Edge. Some of these features are also available in Windows 10’s settings screen and in Edge browser, but since you need to manually search for them, it’s better to have all in the same place.

The version update also implements new registry algorithms to make services disabling more effective while also improving the existing engine to disable Malicious Software Removal Tool.

Before anything, keep in mind that Microsoft doesn’t recommend using this kind of apps, as they can affect system performance and long-term reliability by disabling some features, but if you’re OK with this, go ahead and download DoNotSpy10 to see what this update brings new in terms of data collection blocking tools.
