Section 7B of the Service Agreement, acoustic version

Microsoft enthusiasts have most likely heard of the privacy debate that started after the launch of Windows 10, and many users have complained that the software giant might be spying on them with the OS version, just because some data collection features are turned on by default.

What’s more, there have been claims that Microsoft could be using some Windows updates to scan computers for pirated games and block them completely, despite the fact that this only concerns Microsoft’s services, and not Windows 10 itself.

And because some people can’t really understand what Microsoft’s trying to say in this service agreement, someone decided to actually sing section 7B, thus making it easier, at some level, to get the right message.

YouTube Sir. O did that and it actually sounds pretty good, so don’t be too surprised if this thing becomes viral in the next couple of days.

And one last thing before ending this blog: all the data collection services that are bundled into Windows 10 can be disabled from the settings screen. That’s what Microsoft’s telling everyone these days. If you’re still afraid that background processes could be used to spy on you, there are many apps out there that can take care of everything.

And if you still don’t feel secure, sing along. “Sometimes you’ll need software updates, to keeeep usiiing the Serviceeees…”
