Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel has been a great success on the Linux platform, especially since it was released alongside all the other platforms. Now the latest DLC announced will be made available on Steam for Linux as well.

Lots of DLCs have been made for Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel and Linux users will be able to play them along with everyone else. 2K Games is a publisher that has been very friendly towards the open source platform and launches like this one only strengthen that assessment.

"Minions! You’ll have the chance to go inside Claptrap’s head later this month when Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel Claptastic Voyage and Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack 2 launch on both Mac and Linux alongside Windows PC on March 24. The basic setup of this new DLC is that “Handsome Jack has found something ludicrously powerful within Claptrap’s mind," reads the official announcement.

This is the last DLC for this particular game and it comes with all-new gear, new levels, more single-player missions, and a level cap that brings it up to 70. If you already have a season pass, then you don't need to worry about buying this separately. If you don't have a season pass, then you'll be able to pick this up with just $9.99 (€9.41) on Steam.
