Mark of the Ninja is a 2D action stealth game developed by Klei Entertainment and published by Microsoft Studios. The Steam for Linux version is now available for purchase with a 75% discount.

Players might have heard about Klei Entertainment because it's the studio behind the excellent Shank series. The only things the two games have in common are the engine, the 2D perspective, and the similar artistic design, but the gameplay is completely different. It requires a lot of patience from the players and it always keeps them on edge with new situations and different levels of difficulty.

"In Mark of the Ninja, you'll know what it is to truly be a ninja. You must be silent, agile and clever to outwit your opponents in a world of gorgeous scenery and flowing animation. Marked with cursed tattoos giving you heightened senses, every situation presents you with options. Will you be an unknown, invisible ghost, or a brutal, silent assassin?" is noted in the Steam synopsis.

The system requirements are pretty low and users don't need powerful PCs in order to play it; they just need a 2.4 GHz processor, 2GB of RAM, 2.5 GB of HD space, and a video card with 512 MB VRAM (NVIDIA GeForce 7800 GT or ATI Radeon HD 3000+).

The 75% discount is scheduled to end in a little over a day, on April 1.
