FanBoy

FanBoy is a lightweight and ultra casual platformer that has you playing as a little guy who must overcome a good deal of traps using just jumping skills and a fan.

FanBoy is in most part a basic game. It features simple graphics, uncluttered level design, linear gameplay and it’s really light in the challenge department. It’s what makes a game casual and this one is just that.

However, the simplistic nature of the game makes it perfect for those who aren’t looking for a brain masher. Although, FanBoy will have its tough moments because it’s mostly meant to look simple and not to be so. If you’re looking for a chill game to play, FanBoy is a good choice.

In FanBoy, you get to use the standard platformer procedures. Jump from one place to another to avoid traps and use the fan to push enemies to their death all while avoiding some stationary monsters.

Your fan has a limited amount of energy and in a lot of cases you’ll have to wall jump to give it some time to recharge. Moreover, the finite supply forces you to think things through, making FanBoy a bit of a precision platformer as well.

FanBoy has a decent number of levels to offer and each one gets a bit tougher as you progress. It won’t be a long game, but it will be a good one thanks to its well-polished gameplay and the excellent soundtrack.

To end, FanBoy is a neat platformer to play. Replayability isn’t its strong point but while it lasts, it’s a relaxing game.
