A brand-new gameplay video for the upcoming Rise of the Tomb Raider title has just been released by Crystal Dynamics, Square Enix, and Microsoft, depicting fresh footage from the action adventure experience, including actual raiding of tombs by protagonist Lara Croft.

The recent Tomb Raider reboot delivered a pretty successful reboot of the long-running series, and since then, developer Crystal Dynamics has been working on Rise of the Tomb Raider, its sequel.

The title is set to make its debut in November, and in recent times, all sorts of new videos, screenshots, and details have been shared by the developer and the two publishers.

The latest gameplay trailer has just been showcased via Entertainment Weekly and you can enjoy it below.

It depicts not just a bit of fresh footage from Rise of the Tomb Raider but also some of the new and returning mechanics, such as a new rope dart that allows Lara Croft to go over chasms or to remain in the trees.

A lot of actual tomb raiding is also showcased, as this time around Lara Croft will actually venture deep into catacombs in order to solve puzzles and gain access to different treasures and artifacts.

Rise of the Tomb Raider launches this November on Xbox One and Xbox 360. PC users will get it in early 2016 while PS4 owners are going to receive their version of the title in late 2016.
