The development team at EA Sports is delivering a new Team of the Week package for the Ultimate Team in Madden NFL 16, which features the best players that were featured in games during the previous weekend.

Martellus Bennett from the Chicago Bears, at 90 overall, is a limited-time elite, with the studio stating, "After 11 receptions for 83 yards and a touchdown in the Bears’ 22-20 win over the Raiders on Sunday, Bennett defended his quarterback Jay Cutler by saying, 'They threw rocks at Jesus, and Jesus was an excellent guy who did a lot of awesome stuff.'"

The Hero Elite is Muhammad Wilkerson from the New York Jets, with an overall of 91, after a performance that included three tackles, two sacks and forced fumble.

The Team of the Week for Madden NFL 16 also includes: Tavon Austion - St. Louis Rams, D'Qwell Jackson - Indianapolis Colts, C.J. Spiller - New Orleans Saints, Nick Perry - Green Bay Packers, Andy acDalton - Cincinnati Bengals, Chris Baker - Washington Redskins, Leonard Hankerson - Atlanta Falcons, Landon Collins - New York Giants.

The American football simulation received a new title update last week, which was designed to tweak some of the mechanics and fix bugs that the community had been talking about.

EA Sports continues to take into account feedback on Madden NFL 16 and will deliver more patches in the coming months, alongside tweaks to ratings for players based on real-world performances.
