Video game developer and publisher Ubisoft is confirming that it is delivering Grow Home on the PlayStation 4, and a new trailer is offered to celebrate the occasion as well as the fact that the new Vote to Play program for the PlayStation Plus service will feature the title.

The official announcement states that gamers will be able to choose from three unreleased games to decide which they want to get for free for one full month.

Ubisoft adds, "Starting on August 13 at 8:30 a.m. PDT, you can put in your vote for Grow Home, and if it wins you’ll be able to get it at no cost for the full month of September. If one of the other valiant contenders takes home the votes, Grow Home will still be available at a discount for PlayStation Plus subscribers."

Grow Home was designed by the company to be just a tech demo, showing how procedural animation could be used.

The development team working on it persuaded the publisher to make an entire title around it, and a group of eight people managed to create a full experience that arrived initially on the PC.

The new PS Plus voting system revealed by Sony is designed to bring gamers closer to the PlayStation 4 in the coming months.
