Video game developer Larian Studios is releasing a new trailer for their upcoming Divinity Original Sin - Enhanced Edition, which is designed to show gamers how the complex cooperative elements of the game will run on the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4.

Both split screen and online options will be offered, and the studio says that all the controls and the user interface have been adapted to work with home consoles, making the experience as clean and as easy to use as on the PC.

Divinity Original Sin - Enhanced Edition will introduce a range of other improvements to the core game, making both combat and character interactions better than they were on launch.

Larian Studios states, "Cooperative play adds a whole new dimension to Divinity Original Sin; from the turn-based battles giving prominence to teamplay, to quest resolution, exploration, dialogues, and the critical choices that will shape your adventure."

Divinity Original Sin - Enhanced Edition will launch on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in October.

At the moment, Larian Studios is also working on a sequel to its role-playing game, which is currently seeking funding via Kickstarter and is designed to improve on all the core ideas that powered the original.

The studio wants cooperative play to remain one of the main elements of the role-playing game, with more ways to both work together and to betray the partner that one is adventuring with.
