Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is set to receive soon three new weapons on the Xbox One console, in the form of a Blunderbuss, the STG44 and the SVO rifles.

Advanced Warfare has been around for quite some time now, and while fans are looking forward to the next entry in the series, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, this doesn't mean that developer Sledgehammer Games is abandoning its own shooter experience.

Quite the opposite, as the studio has just confirmed that three new weapons are going to arrive to the game next week, on July 21, for players on the Xbox One. Afterwards, PC and PS4 owners will also get them for free.

The first special gun is the Blunderbuss. This old-school shotgun fires a single shot in a wide spread. Just like the M1 Irons revolver, its standard version will be added automatically to the inventory of all players.

The STG44 and SVO rifles, however, will only be available through Supply Drops. Once you get one of their versions, the standard edition will also be unlocked for use in Advanced Warfare.
