A brand new patch for Batman: Arkham Knight has just been released on the PS4 platform, once again targeting the leaderboards issue, and developer Rocksteady confirms that the new leaderboards will go live in the following hours.

Batman: Arkham Knight launched last week across PC, PS4, and Xbox One platforms. On the PC, it caused a huge controversy due to its poor performance, so Rocksteady and Warner Bros. suspended its sales in order to fix all the issues.

However, the game has also had some problems on the PS4, mainly regarding the leaderboards.

Now, Rocksteady confirms that a fresh patch is available for download on the PS4 for Arkham Knight.

No other details are available, and Reddit users are reporting varying file sizes, from 3.7GB to a whopping 5.5GB.

Rocksteady Studio Head Sefton Hill mentions on Twitter that, following the release of the patch, the new leaderboards will be online in a few hours.

Expect to see a more official announcement with more details in the very near future.

In the meanwhile, Rocksteady mentioned yesterday that PC users shouldn't worry, as its teams are still focusing on solving the many problems encountered by Arkham Knight on their platform.
