Developer Monolith Soft and publisher Nintendo have released a brand new trailer from the upcoming Xenoblade Chronicles 3D.

The introductory trailer showscases three minutes of brand new footage from the game, a port of the original Wii role-playing game, that includes all of its features, among which 3D support and Amiibo support.

Furthermore, Xenoblade Chronicles also come with a bonus mode that lets players ogle 3D models of the game characters and enjoy the soundtrack.

For the time being, there is no word on whether a dual audio track will be supported by the game. While the game might not be that appealing to those who own it on Wii, it's definitely a solid experience for newcomers, on the 3DS.

The open-world role-playing game offers a lot of content and countless hours of fun, if you're into massively multiplayer online games in general.

Xenoblade Chronicles 3D is coming out on April 2 in Europe and Japan, and April 10 in North America, exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS handheld gaming device.

Monolith is also working on the spiritual successor to the original Xenoblade Chronicles X, expected on the Wii U home console at the end of April in Japan, and later on in North America, Europe and Australia.
