The development team at Eugen Systems and publisher Focus Home Entertainment are announcing that the third piece of major free downloadable content for Wargame: Red Dragon is now out under the name Norse Dragons.

Players will be able to use 60 new units that are mostly linked to the armies of Sweden, Denmark and Norway, and the highlights include the Saab Gripen, Fromandskorpset, NASAMS and more.

The Vickers Mk.11 is also offered for ANZAC forces and three new coalitions are also included.

This means that all nations featured in the military strategy title should be on a relatively equal footing, taking into account their relative strengths and weaknesses.

Wargame: Red Dragon is at the moment offered with a 75 percent price cut on Steam and fans of the game can also get cheaper versions of the previous titles in the series, AirLand Battle and European Escalation.

Initially, the developers at Eugen Systems also planned to introduce new maps to the game, but they have been delayed to an unspecified later date.

The developers are also warning all those who are currently trying to cheat in the rather competitive multiplayer environment of Wargame: Red Dragon that the team has taken measures to eliminate any glitches from the game and that the currently available app offering unfair advantages also collects data that can be used for nefarious purposes.
