14 DAY TRIAL // The developers at Ready at Dawn and publisher Sony are less than one month away from the launch date of The Order: 1886 and they are introducing a new Alternate Reality Game in order to offer the community more info on the lore of the game and give them a chance to discover some secrets.
The official Twitter account of the title has provided a link to a site where a missing researcher is chronicling his attempts to understand the secrets of modern London and the influence the events of the game have on it.
There are some entries to read, showing some info about The Order: 1886 and players are then asked to solve a coded message and they can find more mysterious sequences of letters and numbers that suggest more secrets are hidden away.
Presumably the community built around the title will offer a solution in the coming days.
It’s unclear whether the ARG for The Order: 1886 will allow players to claim any sort of in-game bonus that will make their life easier.
The PlayStation 4 exclusive takes place in an alternative version of London in the XIX century and players will have to use both ranged and melee combat in order to take out monsters that have human DNA.
