The footage focuses on the main character

Video game developer From Software and publisher Sony seem to be preparing a solid marketing campaign for the coming Bloodborne and they are revealing the first official television spot for the coming experience, which is called The Hunt Begins.

The ad is 50 seconds long, but most of it is spent showing the design of the main characters rather than revealing new gameplay footage, and fans will be disappointed to see that the images used have been shown before.

Bloodborne will be launched only on the PlayStation 4 and will be available on March 24 in the United States and on March 25 in Europe.

The title is designed to enlarge the appeal of the particular brand of titles that From Software has been creating for Sony.

The difficulty level of Dark Souls 2 will be retained and there's a bigger emphasis on the story of the game and the emotions exploration can create.

Bloodborne will allow gamers to use ranged weapons for the first time and it will also encourage players to be more offensive in their approach.

When players attack rather than stay defensive, they will be able to get some health back even if they are wounded by the powerful creatures they are facing.
