The development team at BioWare has released a new video featuring Steve Valentine, the actor that portrays Alistair in the Dragon Age titles, talking about his characters and about his current situation and future prospects.

The info offered is interesting for fans and speculates about the current state of mind of the one-time companion and current potential leader of Ferelden.

It's unclear when the interview with Steve Valentine was recorded and why the company has chosen to reveal it now.

Some fans are already speculating that the company will make Alistair a central figure of a new piece of downloadable content for Dragon Age: Inquisition and are scrutinizing the footage for potential details about it.

Others believe that BioWare is simply offering more interviews with actors that were actually recorded in 2014.

Dragon Age: Inquisition was launched in 2014 and managed to become one of the best reviewed titles of the year, taking home a number of Game of the Year awards.

So far, only one piece of DLC, called Jaws of Hakkon, has been launched for the game, adding one more region to explore and some cool enemies to take out.

BioWare has promised that more contained stories will be introduced for fans before the end of 2015.
