14 DAY TRIAL // Developer Dmips and publisher Bandai Namco Games revealed some new gameplay footage from the upcoming Dragon Ball Xenoverse.
The videos show a bunch of new combos and ultimate attacks, including popular characters such as Vegeta and Super Saiyan Gotenks.
The game offers a wholly original story to enjoy, featuring the full cast of the franchise, and enabling gamers to create their own avatar and save the world. Not only this, but players will also be able to select their character's race, out of Saiyans, Namekians, Earthlings, Majins and the unnamed race that Frieza belongs to.
As you can clearly see in the videos below, the gameplay is fast and furious, with challenging mechanics and rewarding combos, with fighters being able to free-roam in very large spaces, fighting in the air and even under water.
Bandai Namco Games has announced that Dragon Ball Xenoverse will be getting three downloadable content packs, the first of which will be released in March, containing three new playable characters, 4 Time Patrol quests, 12 regular quests, 15 new special moves, and 5 new costumes.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse is scheduled to come out on February 5 in Japan, February 24 in North America, and February 27 in Europe. The game will be available on the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and Windows PC platforms.
