If you’ve ever tried to image what a real-life Cole MacGrath would look like, you need only watch the video below.

Created by Tuperhero, the short film is an homage to the stellar PlayStation video game series Infamous and is loosely based on the events of the first two games.

The film was shot in Bordeaux, France, aiming to show what a superhero inspired by the franchise might look like.

The action shows Cole developing inhuman powers after surviving a massive explosion, and struggling to come to terms with his new destiny, as the protector of those he holds dear, and of the innocents being oppressed by the ruthless militia force that has taken over the city.

The video shows the protagonist running around the city streets, doing a little bit of parkour, shooting some lighting, fighting against oppression, pretty much showing a day in the life of Cole MacGrath, the original star of the Infamous series, before Delsin Rowe stole the spotlight in last year's Infamous: Second Son.

The latest entry in the series is Infamous First Light, a standalone expansion that offers a prequel story to Second Son. Both video games have been developed by Sucker Punch, and are available exclusively for the PlayStation 4 home entertainment system.
