The entire fan community for FIFA 15 celebrated earlier in the day, when the development team at EA Sports announced that it was introducing a number of free packs for the Ultimate Team experience in order to celebrate that six years have passed since the mode was introduced.

Now, the official Twitter account of the company is admitting that there are problems with the free content on the PC and the PlayStation and that an investigation is being conducted so that the issues can be eliminated as quickly as possible.

It's unclear if there are reports about the same lack of packs happening on the Xbox One and the 360 or if the Microsoft devices are somehow protected.

EA Sports is not saying how many players are unable to get the new packs for Ultimate Team but they will try to make sure that all the missing free content is added as quickly as possible, considering that the promotion is only running until the end of the week.

The six year anniversary also features a Birthday Cup competition, which gives players a chance to get access to some very solid players, and more offers in the official store.

More content for the Ultimate Team mode in FIFA 15 is added every week.
