Blizzard's Dustin Browder, the Game Director of its Heroes of the Storm multiplayer experience, pledges to increase the rate of new heroes that will join the title in the future, but declines to offer any insight into what new characters might be released for it.

Heroes of the Storm is Blizzard's entry into the massively popular multiplayer online battle arena genre, and it's now in closed beta on the PC platform.

Already quite a few different characters are available in the game, with more joining the roster in recent months, such as The Lost Vikings or Sylvanas.

However, the rate at which the new heroes are released for the game isn't exactly the most impressive, so fans have begun asking Blizzard to make it a focus.

According to the studio's HotS Game Director, Dustin Browder, who talks with fans on Twitter, there's already a plan to increase the rate of hero releases in the near future.

Unfortunately, Browder wasn't able to share any details about what other hero might soon be released for Heroes of the Storm, nor about when that might actually happen.

As such, players who are inside the closed beta will have to make do with the current roster of characters, at least for now.
