House of Wolves isn't the last add-on for Destiny

Activision, the publisher of last year's Destiny first-person shooter made by Bungie, confirms that a "major content release" for the game will be launched this fall, after the upcoming House of Wolves expansion.

Destiny rolled out back in September of last year across the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One, and quickly went on to sell very well for an all-new intellectual property, despite the fact that many actual players ended up being disappointed with the shooter made by Bungie

Destiny players are getting quite excited about House of Wolves, the next big expansion for the multiplayer-only first-person shooter from Bungie, but it seems that the studio is already working on another big add-on for the title that's going to launch in fall.

According to Activision's latest financial earnings call, via SeekingAlpha, House of Wolves debuts in the second quarter of 2015, meaning between April and June, but another major expansion is going to launch towards the end of the year.

"In Q2, we expect to launch the game's second expansion pack, House of Wolves, and later this year, we will announce a major content release for the fall, so stay tuned," Activision mentions.

Meanwhile, over on the Bungie blog, the studio mentions that, later this year, "we'll also talk about what we're planning for this Fall."

As of yet, it's unclear what the new expansion will be.
