Dead or Alive 5: Last Round will receive a number of Senran Kagura destructible costumes sometime soon.

Koei Tecmo has confirmed the rumor that was circulating since as early as last September, announcing its collaboration with Marvelous in order to bring some crossover goodies to fans of its fighting video game.

Just like the costumes in the Senran Kagura franchise, the upcoming ones will get destroyed gradually, as the characters wearing them take punches and kicks to the face.

It would have been way cooler to have some new fighters as a franchise crossover, but it's still better than nothing, especially since the two games share a lot of their audience.

The information comes from a livestream on Nico Nico, during which Game Producer Yosuke Hayashi showed a first glimpse of the content, Asuka and Mirai's costumes, as Famitsu informs.

The series is notorious for its fan service, having the most options for boob physics in the history of video games, and its fighters doing damage while wearing rather skimpy costumes, and it looks like things are getting even better for the franchise's fans.

For the time being, Koei Tecmo has not provided a clear release date for the upcoming downloadable content pack, aside from sometime this March, but has mentioned that the costumes will be available in both the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One editions of the title.
