Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare will receive a brand new experience next month in the form of Clan Raids, which are time-based challenges that come with exclusive rewards and task clans with competing for short periods against one another.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare launched last November and its futuristic shooter experience has been delighting many fans of the series, while drawing in newcomers.

Those who took the game seriously can form a clan with others and compete in different divisions, and now publisher Activision confirms on the official website that a fresh clan challenge is coming, in the form of Clan Raids.

The new experience is going to be available through the Advanced Warfare companion application and consists of unique time-based challenges in which clans compete against one another to climb the leaderboards.

Groups have to spend clan tokens to participate in the raids, and if they're successful, they'll get special rewards like the Equilibrium set, which you can admire in the image above.

The first Clan Raids will take place on March 9 for Diamond Division clans, and after that, the experience is going to be rolled out for everyone else in the following weeks. You can expect to hear more about the whole initiative in the near future.
