The game is coming out on February 20 on PC

If you're into platforming, solving puzzles and watching space drama, you're in luck. There's a new video game right around the corner, aiming to deliver precisely that.

Blackhole is a cute-looking animated 2D puzzle platformer that revolves around gravity and the ways you can toy with it.

The story follows a crew of astronauts who are tasked with saving planet Earth from black holes. Unfortunately, while on a routine black hole closing mission, the team is sucked inside and now has to find its way back home.

The game features several characters as well as an artificial intelligence, Auriel, aiding the surviving crew members explore the new world inside the black hole and fix the ship in order to get back to Earth.

The game will take your through numerous environments, from a living jungle to colorful caves and the lost city of an ancient civilization, and will challenge you with a slew of puzzles and action minigames.

Blackhole is coming to Windows PC, Linux and Mac OS X on February 20, 2015. The title comes from Czech video game makers FiolaSoft Studio, and if you dig it, you can also get your hands on a limited collector's edition, coming with bonus downloadable content (the Testing Laboratory), an art book, and some other neat goodies.
