The development team at From Software and Sony are ready to reveal the character customization options that will be offered in the coming Bloodborne, all of them designed to allow gamers to create a protagonist that feels unique as they explore the complex world of the title.

As the game starts, players will be able to choose the sex, the hair color, the face shape, the clothing used initially and the accessories, and the mechanics seem accessible and complex at the same time.

All creations will fit the general atmosphere of the title, which will focus on the exploration of a city called Yharnam. It seems that the city was known for its healing facilities but is actually overrun with monsters created by a plague.

The game is designed to offer the difficulty level that From Software has become known for, while also introducing some interesting elements to the combat sequence, including a ranged option.

The team also wants players to be more offensive and will reward them with health for those moments when they go on the offensive and find openings in the defensive postures of the creatures they are facing.

Bloodborne will be launched on the PlayStation 4 from Sony on March 24 in North America and one day later in Europe.
