The development team at From Software is apparently working on a new patch for Bloodborne, labeled 1.04, which is at the moment set to be launched on the PlayStation 4 on May 25.

The information comes from the official Twitter account of producer Masaaki Yamagiwa, but there are no details on the changes that the studio is planning to make to the title.

Presumably, some more problems that the community playing Bloodborne has flagged recently will be fixed and the entire combat might get another slew of changes linked to balance.

It's also very possible that entirely new content will be added to the title, and more details will be offered in the next few days.

From Software has pledged to listen to its fans as it tries to make sure that the game remains challenging but also fair to all those playing.

Earlier today, Sony also talked about an expansion for Bloodborne, which is supposed to be launched later in 2015.

The company has not offered any information on what kind of content it might introduce for the action title and whether core mechanics will be tweaked.

Bloodborne was launched in late March only on the PlayStation 4 and has managed to deliver solid sales while also being critically acclaimed.
