Arma 3 is a combined arms military game for PC, offering players a realistic warfare experience and a lot of freedom. The action is set around the year 2035, during a fictional NATO operation against a coalition of Middle Eastern and Asian nations.
The conflict takes place in the Mediterranean Sea, on a series of Greek islands, and players step into the shoes of a United States Army soldier, tackling a challenging, three-episode single-player campaign.
The company listed a couple of the reasons someone should pick up and play Arma 3, and why it's still an exciting and compelling experience, even more than one year after launch.
The highlights are over 20 vehicles, over 40 weapons, customizable with a variety of attachments, a sprawling island environment to explore, with over 50 towns that feature buildings that can be infiltrated and destroyed, making for an engrossing sandbox environment.
Arma 3 has five different factions battling for dominance, each of which having its own motives, technology and approach to warfare.
