Electronic Arts and Visceral Games have just rolled out an explosive new gameplay video for their upcoming Battlefield Hardline first-person shooter, complete with plenty of single-player and multiplayer footage from the ambitious experience.

Battlefield games in the past have all focused on military warfare, but with Hardline, Visceral Games is trying to add a bit of innovation into the series originally made by DICE, by shifting the focus on the war between cops and criminals.

Originally set to appear this October, both Visceral and EA considered it a wise move to delay the game in order to avoid another controversy, like the one with 2013's Battlefield 4, which was filled with issues and glitches for a long time despite constant updates.

Now, in order to get the hype going even if there still are about three more months until Hardline launches, a special gameplay video called Karma has just been revealed.

As you can see in the explosive footage below, there are plenty of sequences from both the single-player campaign, which is built like a procedural cop drama on TV or in the movies, and the multiplayer modes, which focus on cops and criminals.

Check out the great video below and look forward to the debut of Battlefield Hardline on March 17 for PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.
