The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is set to receive a brand-new hotfix update in the very near future, according to developer CD Projekt Red, which should help fix the Steam achievement problems reported by users as well as the Skellige's Most Wanted quest issues.

The Witcher 3 made its debut in May, and since then, Polish studio CD Projekt Red has released a wide array of free updates not to mention plenty of add-ons that were also distributed to owners of the game free of charge.

Unfortunately, there are still some problems that persist across the sprawling RPG so the developer is set to release another hotfix update in the very near future.

CD Projekt Red Community Manager Marcin Momot made the confirmation on Twitter, saying that two big problems will be resolved by the upcoming patch.

First up, those who own the game on the Steam service and aren't getting the necessary achievements for their deeds in the RPG should take solace in the fact that the update will resolve this particular problem.

Secondly, console users who still have problems during the Skellige's Most Wanted quest are also going to receive solutions when the new patch drops for the big game.

Unfortunately, it's unclear when the new update for The Witcher 3 is going to launch on PC, PS4, and Xbox One, so expect to hear more soon enough.
