The development team working on Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection is announcing that gamers who get the title will need to download a day one patch on the PlayStation 4 before they can start playing, in order to eliminate some issues that were noticed after the package went gold.

The full list of improvements can be seen by clicking on the button at the end of this blog post, although the studio is a little vague about the bugs that have been eliminated, according to Gamespot.

Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection is coming to the PlayStation 4 on October 8 and allows gamers to play all the titles that feature the character with improved visuals and with a range of new difficulty options.

There's also a Photo Mode that gamers can use to put Drake in the best possible light and the package comes complete with access to the beta for Uncharted 4: A Thief's End, which will start on December 4.

Sony says that it wants to make the Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection the best way to experience the franchise.

Uncharted 4 is currently set to arrive on March 18 of next year and Naughty Dog has made it clear that the title was delayed in order to improve the quality of the experience, of which the final gameplay sequence is apparently one of the highlights.
