After offering more details about the PlayStation exclusive content for Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 and about the multiplayer use of dedicated servers, the team at Robomondo and publisher Activision are also launching a gameplay trailer for the skating title.

Fans of the series can see both well-known athletes from the sport and hidden characters as they perform some of the best combo tricks that will be featured in the coming title.

Punk band Plague Vendor is providing the soundtrack for the footage with its song Black Sap Scriptures.

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 is designed to bring back some of the core elements of the franchise, including complex objectives and some carefully tuned controls, which will allow gamers to once again try to achieve the highest score using a wide array of tricks.

For the first time, the engine allows 20 players to jump into the multiplayer mode at the same time to either cooperate to unlock new content or to compete with each other.

Gamers can also use a built-in editor to create new skate parks and then share them with the community, and it seems that Tony hawk himself will actually ride his avatar in the best of them.

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 will be offered on the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4 on September 29 and later in the year on older home consoles.
