The new update fixes KBC stability and functionality

Today, Rivet Networks has rolled out a new version of its Killer Network driver, namely 1.1.56.1651, which improves stability and functionality for Killer Bandwidth Control (KBC) filter driver, and more.

Specifically speaking, this release improves Apps page load time in all cases and also adds transition animations, and corrects decimal/fraction entry on the Settings page for Upload/Download bandwidth.

In addition to that, the producer managed to improve Settings page handling and layout, add a sort arrow on Apps page, as well as various other UI enhancements as highlighted in the Release Notes below.

Regarding compatibility, version 1.1.56.1651 works with configurations that include one of the Wireless-11n (1102, 1103, 1202), Wireless 11ac (1525, 1535), or Ethernet (E2200, E2400) adapters. Also, the computer must be powered by one of Microsoft’s Windows 7, 8.1, or 10 OSes.

Moreover, this release applies 8.1.0.25 (Windows 7) and 8.1.0.31 (Windows 8.1 and 10) versions for E2200 components, and the 9.0.0.5 (Windows 7) and 9.0.0.31 (Windows 8.1 and 10) variants for E2400 devices.
