Gigabyte has made available for download all drivers required by its GA-H170TN (rev. 1.0) motherboard, which are compatible with both 32- and 64-bit architectures of Microsoft’s Windows 7, 8.1, and 10 operating systems.

When it comes to those having provided these files, the downloadable drivers are owned by two big developers: Intel and Realtek. However, you might need to apply additional drivers in case you add other components or accessories.

That said, you should know that Intel plays an important role as it owns all chipset packages, namely the Chipset, USB 3.0 (only for Windows 7), and Management Engine (ME) drivers. In addition to that, if no dedicated video card is connected, you must install the Intel Graphics package to benefit from the CPU’s full power.

As for Realtek’s contribution, it only provides functionality for the 7.1-Channel High Definition sound card, a quality that is ensured by its ALC887 audio codec, as well as for the Gigabit Ethernet controller.

Last but not least, in terms of installation, simply save all files suitable for your system’s OS, extract them if necessary, run the available setup file, and follow all instructions displayed on-screen. Also, don’t forget to perform a system reboot once finished to make sure all changes take effect.

Considering all above, download Gigabyte GA-H170TN (rev. 1.0) Drivers, and carefully apply each one of them. Also, constantly check our website to be up to speed with the latest releases.
