NVIDIA has pushed out a new version of its Quadro graphics driver, namely 355.85, which includes various workstation application compatibility fixes, adds the ability to switch displays using appropriate hot-keys, and includes stereoscopic 3D support for DirectX 12 apps.

In terms of compatibility, the present update is targeted at both desktop and notebook configurations containing certain GPU models that are powered by one of Microsoft’s Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10 operating systems, either 32- and 64-bit variants.

Considering these aspects, if you intend to upgrade your graphics chipset, first of all, make sure your computer is valid for this release, save the proper executable for your system’s platform and bit architecture, run it, and wait for all files required for the installation to be extracted.

Now, simply follow all instructions displayed on-screen in order to successfully install the new version.

In addition to that, once this process has finished, make sure to perform a system reboot in order to allow all changes to take effect properly. If this task isn’t requested automatically by the wizard, it would be a good idea to carry it out manually.

That being said, download NVIDIA Quadro Graphics Driver 355.85, install it, and enjoy the changes this new release brings about. Also, constantly check our website in order to stay “updated one minute ago.”
