After announcing Intel STCK1A32WFC Compute Stick at CES 2015, the producer has made available today the first drivers developed for its Windows 8.1-powered device (it can run Ubuntu as well), which consist of Wireless, Bluetooth, and HD Graphics packages.

Specifically speaking, Intel has outed WLAN and Bluetooth versions 1.01.0243 and 1.0.61.40905 (developed by Realtek), respectively, which are only compatible with Microsoft’s 32-bit variant of Windows 8.1.

In addition to that, the producer has also provided users with its own Intel HD Graphics Driver 10.18.10.4061, which is basically a modified version of the initially-released 32-bit driver so that it can be applied on this Compute Stick.

When it comes to installing these packages, the process is the same as when upgrading the graphics chipset on your notebook, desktop, or NUC: simply save and unzip the downloadable archive, and run the available setup file.

Last but not least, once all these drivers have been applied, it would be a good idea to perform a reboot to ensure all changes take effect properly. However, if this task isn’t requested automatically, make sure to carry it out manually.

With this in mind, follow all links below, download and install all 3 drivers, and check with us as often as possible in order to stay informed when newer versions are available for your Compute Stick.
