14 DAY TRIAL // Windows 10 is seen as a great opportunity to code for a growing platform on both PCs and mobile, so more big developers and software companies bring their apps and games in Microsoft's stores.
The latest big name to do it is Wargaming Group, the company behind the very popular World Of Tanks, which is working right now to bring the Blitz version of the game on both Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile.
At the moment, World of Tanks Blitz is available in Windows stores on mobile devices and PCs running Windows 10, but just as WMPU notes, it can't be downloaded because work is still in progress.
The game is expected to be released very soon on both platforms, though, which is clearly good news as more people get their pre-ordered Lumia 950 and 950 XL devices and can truly benefit from a state-of-the-art gaming experience on their brand new phones.
Features for Windows 10 users
The famous MMO action game, which, according to its creators, currently has more than 90 million players across the world, will arrive on Windows 10 with 200 tanks from Germany, the UK and the United States, Japan and the USSR. Players will be allowed to choose from 4 different vehicle classes, such as light, medium, and heavy tanks, as well as destroyers, but also from 18 battle arenas.
The 7v7 online multiplayer gameplay also includes detailed tutorials to help you learn the best way to defeat your enemies and control your tanks, as well as in-game achievements, options to invite your friends to play online, and in-game chat support.
World of Tanks Blitz will also provide full touch support, so on-screen controls will be also offered to make it easier to play on devices such as phones and tablets.
Right now, there's no information regarding the release date, but since it's already there in the store, expect the download links to go live in just a few days.
