Bobbi Kristina, the 22-year-old daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, has been in the hospital since January 31, 2015, when she was put in a medically induced coma after being found unresponsive in the bathtub of the home she shared with Nick Gordon, the man she called her “husband.” Shocking new details paint him as an abuser of the worst sort, a man who tried to control every aspect of her life.

Nick and Krissi were actually raised like brothers, after Whitney took him in when he was a child and raised him as her son. They became romantically involved after the singer’s death, and friends of Krissi’s are now telling the media his plan was to get his hand on the money all along.

Even though Nick was raised to consider himself Whitney’s son, he was not included in the will and all of her money went to Krissi. He was furious about that, it has emerged.

A very violent relationship

Two of Krissi’s close friends are talking to the press about the kind of abuse she suffered at the hands of the man she thought was her soulmate, Radar Online and FishWrapper report.

Both have horrifying accounts of the life Krissi led behind closed doors, after she came to see the relationship she once thought was a happy one turn into her worst nightmare. Nick would explode without warning and for no apparent reason and turn violent on her.

He would punch her in the stomach or the face, would slam her against the walls and, more often than not, leave her lying “senseless” on the floor. He would also find new ways to control and terrorize her, to the point where there was very little she could do without him finding out about it.

Krissi took drugs, both because she was trying to escape her sad reality and because Nick would encourage her to do so. As one friend explains (video below), he wanted easy access to the money Whitney had left her, and he couldn’t get it unless he had her under complete control.

“He was known to choke her. Throw her on the walls, punch her in the jaw. Just unbelievable stuff. It was really this off the handle temper,” another friend says. “To understand Krissi, you have to understand that she is a very soft soul. She's very soft. She hasn't been hardened by any of the experiences that she's had. She was always looking, ya know, for somebody to connect to, especially after she lost her mom.”

Krissi felt she lost everything when she lost her mother, to whom she’d been very close, so Nick was there to pose as a substitute until he had her under his power.

Justice is coming

Just recently, the Houston-Brown family filed a lawsuit against Nick Gordon claiming abuse and even hinting that he may have played a part in her bathtub “accident.” The details offered in the court filing are shockingly similar to these provided by Krissi’s friends, so even a sceptic might find it hard to say that there’s no truth to them.

Moreover, it is believed that Krissi texted a friend on the very day she had the “accident,” telling her she’d learned something horrible about Nick and needed to get it off her chest. She also hinted that the abuse had gotten worse in recent days.

Radar Online has the alleged text exchange. She set a date with the friend for the next weekend, which is when she would have told her everything. Krissi never made it.

The police investigation into the circumstances of her accident has Nick as the main person of interest.
