The price cut to be available only during the launch

According to John Legere, T-Mobile US Inc's CEO, Apple's new iPhone 6s will be sold for just $524 while the iPhone 6s Plus will be priced at $596, only during the device's launch on their network, at 12:01 a.m. PDT on September 12.

As Legere said in a blog post on the company's newsroom website, the discounted iPhone 6S smartphone will be available through T-Mobile's JUMP! On Demand program, a leasing plan devised by the company and designed to help its users get a new phone with 18 monthly payments and without the need for a waiting period or for paying extra fees.

The iPhone 6s will be available for $20 per month and the iPhone 6s Plus for only $24, with $0 down-payments, through the JUMP! program mentioned above.

Adding up all the monthly payments and the $164 fee that lets you keep the phones once you finished your payments, if you would buy Apple's new smartphones from T-Mobile on the day of the launch, you will save $125 for the iPhone 6s and $153 if buying the iPhone 6s Plus.

The T-Mobile deal allows customers to save up to 20% on the new Apple iPhones

This gives you a 19% discount for the 6s model and a 20% one for the iPhone 6s Plus, not a bad deal if you really want to get your hands on Apple's new 3D Touch-enabled phones.

To top it all up, Legere also mentions T-Mobile's new Lifetime Coverage Guarantee, which is designed to allow T-Mobile customers that have bought an iPhone 6s or 6s Plus through the company's JUMP! On Demand program to get back their first payment if they’re not satisfied with their new smartphone during the first 30 days.

Moreover, they will also unlock the devices after the first month has passed so that the user can use it on a US wireless company of his choice if not pleased with the phone's performance on the T-Mobile network.

Furthermore, as The Verge first learned, if you're not a T-Mobile customer already, they will also pay up to $650 to switch from your current carrier using trade-in.
