The Galaxy S5 Neo leaked for the first time back in April, but info about its specs only emerged earlier this month. Although Samsung has yet to officially announce its availability, the smartphone went on pre-order in Europe this week.

For the time being, Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo is available for pre-order in the Czech Republic for no less than $490 (€438), a new report claims.

We suspect the South Korean company won't release any announcements regarding Galaxy S5 Neo's launch on the market, since it's just a slightly different variation of its last year flagship smartphone.

This means that the Galaxy S5 Neo might be slowly rolled out globally, or it will be made available in those regions Samsung has planed to bring it to the market.

It appears that the Galaxy S5 Neo is available for pre-order in both black and white color options. We also know that the smartphone will ship around July 3, which is next week.

When it comes to specs, the listing at the Czech Republic retailer confirms the ones that have been leaked earlier this month.

It comes with a different chipset than the original model

This means the smartphone is powered by a Samsung Exynos 7580 chipset that accommodates a 64-bit octa-core processor clocked at 1.6GHz, a Mali-T720 graphics processing unit, and 2GB of RAM.

Also, the Galaxy S5 Neo packs 16GB of internal memory and microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 128GB).

Furthermore, the handset sports a 5.1-inch Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display that supports full HD (1080p) resolution and features Corning Gorilla Glass 3 coating.

There's also a 16-megapixel camera on the back, which features autofocus, LED flash and video recording, while in the front there's a secondary 5-megapixel selfie-centric snapper.

Obviously, Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo ships with Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system right out of the box, but it's unclear whether or not it features the latest TouchWiz UX.
