We already know Samsung has several Galaxy A series devices in the pipeline, so the only question that remains is when exactly the South Korean company will be bringing them to the market.

Current models like Galaxy A3, Galaxy A5, and Galaxy A7 will have their successors launched in the next couple of months. But the most powerful handset in the Galaxy A series has yet to make its debut on the market.

News about Samsung Galaxy A9, a stylish smartphone with high-end features, emerged not long ago, so we expect the handset maker to introduce at least four new devices in early Q1 2016.

We don't rule out the possibility of these devices making it to the market this year, but there's a higher chance that Samsung will unveil them at CES (Consumer Electronics Show) 2016, which will kick off in January.

Hopefully, it won't be overpriced

One of the four Galaxy A series smartphones that have just passed FCC (Federal Communications Commission) is the Galaxy A7 successor.

The device is known as Samsung Galaxy A7 (2016), which is another indication that it might be released on the market next year.

Along with the fact that's been certified at FCC, we have also learned that Galaxy A7 (2016) will be powered by a more than decent 3,300 mAh battery, which is a real upgrade from the current model's battery that packs a much smaller 2,600 mAh battery.

According to the FCC listing, Samsung Galaxy A7 (2016) measures 151.8 x 74.5mm. Aside from that, the documents reveal it will support 4G LTE and other connectivity options like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and GPS with AGPS.

The rest of the phone's specs leaked last week, when the Galaxy A7 (2016) was spotted at TENAA, the Chinese regulatory commission, so make sure to check them out.
