Immediately after announcing the release of the Linux kernel 4.1.6 LTS and Linux kernel 3.10.87 LTS, Greg Kroah-Hartman published details about the fifty-one maintenance release of the Linux 3.14 LTS kernel.

According to the appended shortlog attached to Mr. Kroah-Hartman announcement, Linux kernel 3.14.51 LTS (Long-Term Support) is quite a small release that comes with various improvements to the ARM, ARM64, MIPS, SPARC, PowerPC (PPC), and x86 hardware architectures, improvements to the OCFS2 file system, as well as a couple of non-driver sound and networking fixes.

Additionally, Linux kernel 3.14.51 LTS received multiple updated drivers, especially for things like Block, Crypto, GPU (mostly Radeon), MD, SCSI, iSCSI, USB, and Xen. In numbers, a total of 50 files have been changed with 438 insertions and 431 deletions. If you're curious to see exactly what has been changed in this maintenance release of Linux 3.14 kernel, please check the appended diff from Linux kernel 3.14.50 LTS.
