It's only been on sale for several hours and now it's gone

Bad news for Windows Phone fans in the United States who were anxious to order the Lumia 950 XL, as the smartphone is now sold out at Microsoft Store.

This happened last week when Lumia 950 XL was available for pre-order twice, but only briefly at Microsoft Store US.

It's only been several hours since Lumia 950 XL went live on Microsoft Store US and now you can’t order the smartphone anymore.

If you want, you can register your email address to be notified when the Lumia 950 XL arrives in stock once again, but you can't purchase one.

Also, it looks like all Lumia 950 XL orders will now ship by December 11, so you can consider yourself very lucky if you received your Windows 10 flagship smartphone this month.

It's unclear when exactly Microsoft will bring new Lumia 950 XL stocks in the United States, but there's a high chance that you won't be notified when it becomes available again.

Microsoft retail store will have it in stock on November 26

Your best bet is to try and get a Lumia 950 XL from Microsoft retail stores, which should have the smartphone on shelves beginning November 26.

Hopefully, the stock of Lumia 950 XL units at physical stores will be much larger than the online stock, otherwise many Windows Phone fans will be disappointed.

The Lumia 950 XL is available exclusively via Microsoft Store in the United States, and will stay exclusive for a long time as few carriers seem interested in offering the Windows 10 flagship smartphone.

Potential customers should know that the smartphone comes with a free Microsoft Display Dock via Lumia Offers app while supplies last.
