All 4 Games publisher has announced the upcoming launch of a new mobile game for iOS devices, Fire Fu. The game is developed by UK-studio RetroFist, which is a relatively new game studio formed in 2015 by Rich Cross and John Kearney.

As the name might suggest, Fire Fu is a game inspired by kung fu, in which players must “set alight hordes of devilish critters with fierce and fiery martial arts, while carefully avoiding obstacles like bombs, across various detailed hand-painted environments.”

In case you have any doubt about the game's visuals, then you should know that both Rich Cross and John Kearney had been working at VooFoo Studios before, the same studio that that brought us Hustle Kings and the Pure series, which are famous for their incredible HD visuals.

An arcade game where you must use your skills strategically

Fire Fu is an arcade game where players will be able to use their so-called Fire Fu skills in a strategic manner to get them all the way up to the top of the leaderboards, “turning enemies to ash in a powerful display of flaming Kung Fu mastery.”

Aside from that, developers promise players a high-quality art style and top-notch gameplay, so it remains to be seen whether or not they will be able to deliver on that pledge.

Speaking of visuals, developers have also released a teaser trailer for the game, so if you want to know what this is all about, we have included the video below.

According to All 4 Games, Fire Fu, RetroFist’s debut mobile title for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch, will be available for download via App Store later this month.

There's no information on the price or exact release date, but we only have about two weeks until the end of the month, so it should be coming very soon.
