Apple’s March event (which, according to people close to the matter, could take place in the week of March 14) is very likely to bring us more than just a new device, as the Cupertino-based firm is believed to be working on refreshes for the iPad and Watch lineups too.

A new report coming via 9to5mac reveals that Apple is planning to roll out the first update to the iPad Air since October 2014, and this new version could be none other than the brand new iPad Air 3.

Little is known about this device at the moment, but it’s believed it could come with a LED flash on the back for better photos in low light conditions, but also with improved audio (as Apple wants to make the iPad sound more like the Pro version).

New Watch bands and software updates

In addition to the 4-inch iPhone 5se and the new iPad Air 3, Apple is also likely to prepare some news for Watch fans. It won’t be the all-new Apple Watch 2, but an update to the existing model, such as new bands, most likely new colors for the Hermes band, a black version of the Milanese Loop, and what the aforementioned source calls a special band made from a new material.

And that’s not all. Apple is also getting ready to debut several software updates for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch, so the March event could be used to at least announce iOS 9.3 and WatchOS 2.2.

The iPhone 5se will definitely be the star of the show as it’ll come with a 4-inch screen, possibly with the A9 processor, and a design that reminds of the iPhone 5s.

But nothing has been confirmed until now, so take everything with a pinch of salt until the March event, when Apple is expected to take the wraps off all its new devices.
