Unless Apple releases some last-minute security fixes

According to the iOS 9 GM Candidate release notes, this might be the version that Apple will promote to the release channel as GM (Gold Master).

This is a more than probable outcome since each time it releases a beta version that is expected to be unstable and with undocumented bugs and errors, Apple also adds an "Autosubmission of Diagnostic and Usage Data" section as seen in the release notes of the iOS 9.1 Beta version.

By doing this, iOS pre-release version users are warned that the OS will automatically send anonymous usage and system diagnostics data, which might include a wide variety of reports regarding system freezes and crashes, kernel panics, and third-party products usage data.

However, in the iOS 9 GM Candidate release notes Apple has decided not to include this part, a sign that the current iOS 9 pre-release version is as close to a stable GM release as you can get.

Moreover, by not including the diagnostic and usage data note, Apple stands by the quality of this GM Candidate hinting at its lack of known errors and freezes.

You can manually disable the diagnostics data autosubmission feature

If you are still using an older iOS 9 Beta version, you can still stop your iPhone auto-sending usage data and crash reports to Apple by toggling the Settings > Privacy > Diagnostics and Usage > Don’t Send switch.

Just in case you decide that the current iOS 9 Build 13A340 GM Seed release is stable enough for your iPhone and you want to give it a spin, you should make sure that your device is backed up just in case Apple still missed a couple of bugs.

You will also need to be enrolled in the Apple Developer Program to be able to download the iOS 9 GM seed pre-release from official sources.

Furthermore, before updating your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch's OS to this version, you should also know that devices with iOS 9 cannot be restored to earlier iOS versions.

In order to update your device to the iOS 9 GM Seed version, use the procedure below:

1. Download the IPSW file 2. Connect the iOS device to your Mac 3. ⌥ + CLICK on the "Check for Updates" button 4. Choose the iPhone7,1_9.0_13A340_Restore.ipsw file 5. Wait for iTunes to install the new iOS version on your device.
