Io-Interactive and Square Enix are preparing for the launch and reboot of Hitman, and the system requirements for the PC platform have been revealed.

The developers of Hitman are trying something different this time with episodic content, especially since it's something that hasn't been tried with triple A titles. The game is set to launch on March 11 and it will feature only two missions, the Prologues and Paris.

The rest of the missions will be launched over the course of the year. Players can buy the season pass and the base game, with the final price being what you expect to pay anyway.

Players who preorder the two available packages, the Full Experience or the Intro Pack, will get access to the Requiem Blood Money Pack, which includes exclusive in-game items for HITMAN.

Also, a new Beta is set to go down and the only way to ensure that you get into it is by pre-ordering the game digitally on PlayStation 4 via PSN or PC via Steam. There are different launch dates for the Beta. On the PC it will start on February 19, a week after the PS4 beta begins.

Can I play it?

This is one of the most important questions for PC players. From the looks of it, these requirements are quite demanding.

Minimum requirements:

OS: OS 64-bit Windows 7 Processor: Intel CPU Core i5-2500K 3.3GHz / AMD CPU Phenom II X4 940 Memory: 8 GB RAM Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 / Radeon HD 7870 DirectX: Version 11

Recommended requirements:

OS: 64-bit Windows 7 / 64-bit Windows 8 (8.1) or Windows 10 Processor: Intel CPU Core i7 3770 3,4 GHz / AMD CPU AMD FX-8350 4 GHz Memory: 8 GB RAM Graphics: Nvidia GPU GeForce GTX 770 / AMD GPU Radeon R9 290 DirectX: Version 11

On a side note, according to a report on gamingbolt.com, the game won't need to stay online all the time, but that's only true for the PC version.
