Running on Google’s Android Wear software, the Huawei Watch is a round, classically looking watch that comes plated only with premium materials like gold-plated stainless steel body or black leather band.

Starting from the price of at least $349, users could buy an entry-level Huawei Watch that has a stainless steel body and a leather band. If this is not fancy enough for you, you can choose for a stainless steel bracelet or a black-colored version of the watch, or if your wallet allows it, a gold-plated stainless steel body.

Obviously, the gold-plated stainless steel body is the top-of-the-line model and will set you back for about $800. This sum of money effectively makes it the most expensive device that ships with Android Wear so far. And, amazingly, even if it's gold-plated, it's still cheaper than an Apple Watch.

However, talking about Apple, it seems that Huawei’s Smartwatch has the absolutely unique feature of being the first and only Android War device that will officially support iOS as well as Android. This was Huawei’s smart move in supporting the growing Apple popularity in China, and recognizing that iPhones are a symbol of opulence, so why not couple that with a gold-plated luxury watch that will work with your fancy iPhone Gold?

Specs-wise, the new Huawei Watch has a 1.4 inch, 400 x 400 pixel AMOLED display with 286 pixels per inch, a sapphire crystal display, a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of storage, and Bluetooth 4.1 and Wi-Fi.

It additionally includes motion sensors, a heart rate sensor and even a microphone, allowing you to speak to it in order to find stuff on Google Now.

Impressively enough, Huawei says that it includes a 300 mAh battery that can offer up to 2 days of run time, while the battery can be fully charged in only 75 minutes, or 80% charged in 45 minutes.

Huawei’s first smartwatch will be available starting September 17, but pre-orders start today.
